Kurt Westergaard died the day after his 86th birthday.
The drawing to the right was sent to Pia Kjærsgaard -- founder and then leader of Dansk Folkeparti, a party that is critical of the Islamizaion of the West.
On the drawing Westergaard says, "OK . . . there is the risk that one's work will be taken seriously".
The wastebasket is full of death threats.
